ACT NOW | LISTEN TO OUR AUDIO PLAYS

AudioGeris is a collection of audio plays by GeriActors & Friends. While Covid-19 presented many challenges, it also inspired new ways of sharing stories and connecting with audiences.

After moving to virtual rehearsals in 2020 we produced our first audio play, Way Back, in 2021. Through this audio-only experience, our stories were brought to life in a new way and engaged listeners from across Canada, the US, the UK, Trinidad, and even Australia.

The success of Way Back inspired AudioGeris. Through the support of the Canada Council for the Arts we adapted three of our original stage plays into audio plays. We hope you enjoy listening to our stories!

“I listened to it like a radio play, one of my favourite things to do with my first transistor radio way back in the 50’s.”
